At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
